As we head into winter, we wanted to share with you just some of what we do to handle COVID. We have all had to adapt to a new world.
- A kind attitude is required by all. If there are any concerns about COVID, we ask people to raise them so we can handle them.
- Masks are required when in public spaces. They are available if needed.
- Hand sanitizer and soap are found all throughout the inn.
- Staff are encouraged to stay home if sick. COVID patients are required to be paid recovery time if they test positive.
- You may ask to discontinue or modify your housekeeping needs.
- Those traveling from outside of New England are asked to have been quarantined for two weeks at home before travel.
- Our cleaning standards have always been pretty high with linens done each day and professional grade cleaning products.
- Check-in and check-out at the Sugar Hill Inn can all be done with minimal contact. We usually have a credit card number on file and receipts for your stay can be emailed. The dining room currently does not offer room charge as it is under Chef Val’s management.
- Tables are six feet apart in our restaurant.
- The largest group we can accept at a table is six people.
- All of our meals are served on brand new linens.
- All of our rooms contain sitting areas so you are highly unlikely to be near strangers.
