Sugar Hill Inn is a completely smoke-free inn.

All rates are per room, double occupancy, and include full breakfast, and afternoon small bites.   Our rooms sleep a maximum of two guest regardless of size.  All rates are subject to 9% NH Rooms and Meals Tax and $2 per night destination fee.  All rates are subject to change without notice.

The inn is not suitable for children under the age of fourteen.

The solo traveler: Singles are encouraged and welcomed, and will receive 10% off the room rate and a complimentary glass of wine.

Business Rate: Business travelers will receive 15% off the room rate based on single occupancy Sunday – Thursday. Not available during foliage season.

Minimum Stay: A two-night stay is required weekends during Fall Foliage season, holiday weekends and Special Event Weekends.

Reservation Policy: A deposit, by credit card, of one night or one half of your stay is required to secure a reservation.

Cancellation Policy for reservations made directly with the Sugar Hill Inn: Due to our intimate size, any cancellations affect us significantly. Consequently, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy. In the event of a cancellation received prior to 14 days (21 days for the Dream Cottage) of the reservation date, the deposit less a $35 per room ($75 for the Dream Cottage) processing fee will be returned. Cancellations received with less than 14 days’ (21 days’ for the Dream Cottage) notice but more than 7 days, shall be given a nontransferable gift certificate good for 6 months for the amount of the deposit less a $35 per room processing fee ($75 for the Dream Cottage) good towards a stay, equal in length, to the original reservation. Reservations canceled with less than 7 days’ notice will result in the forfeit of the deposit. Guests, who cancel with less than 48 hour notice, fail to show on the start date of their reservation or leave prior to their scheduled departure are responsible for the entire stay. Snow is the reason people come to NH in winter and therefore not a valid reason to cancel. If you have health or other concerns we recommend purchasing travel insurance.
