Bette Davis Luxury Suite

This room is named for the actress Bette Davis who lived in town for many years. She stayed at the inn and slept in this room many times during the 1930′s and 40′s. A queen size bed, spacious sitting area, maple floors, full bath with a soaking tub, gas fireplace and one of New Hampshire’s most magnificent mountain views all combine to make the Bette Davis Luxury Suite a very special place.
The limited edition print by local artist, Cynthia Knapton, brightens the room with a field of local wildflowers.When renovating Bette Davis in May of 2011 we choose to use Benjamin Moore Natura® Zero VOC paints. At the Sugar Hill Inn environmental issues are an important part of any decision. Regular paint can affect indoor air quality for years.The inn is not suitable for children under the age of ten.
