Food and Wine Weekend
Sugar Hill Inn’s wine dinner has been expanded to include a whole weekend of culinary delights. Learn about dessert wines on Friday night. On Saturday learn all about Maple Syrup at the Rocks Estate. Saturday night’s Wine Dinner will match four outstanding wines with amazing food.
This year we will be featuring the food and wine of New Zealand. Ken Scupp of Kobrands will present each wine. Ken has passed the prestigious CSW (Certified Specialist of Wine) exam for wine expertise. You will learn all about the wines of New Zealand while enjoying the artistry of Chef Val Fortin.
March is Maple Syrup Season in New Hampshire. Our inn guests are invited to attend a 2 hour program showing the history and production of maple syrup at the Rocks Estate, followed by a horse drawn wagon ride. Program times must be reserved in advance.
The dinner is open both to inn guests and the general public. Only a limited number of reservations will be accepted so it is recommended that you reserve early. Come just for Dinner or select a package for extra savings.
